I'm not Vegan or Raw, but this book is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. The recipes are easy to follow and offer a variety of different dishes to add to a meal, or enjoy as a meal itself. We don't need as much meat as we've been taught. Raw Chef Jane shows us how to change up our diets to be healthier with her unique and delicious recipes. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to explore raw foods as a steady diet, or as an accompaniment.
