**Note: this product is oily! Not a cream lotion. Very good for specific application, just don't use it as a replacement for a hand lotion.**Mild scent.Mistakenly ordered the ointment instead of the lotion, but not necessarily a bad thing...While not useful in the same way the lotion is (hands, feet, elbows, etc.), it's still good for other things.Frankincense & myrrh aid in healing, specifically in scar reduction, lightening dark spots, and repairing & moisturizing the facia layer between the skin and fatty layers (basically helps reduce cellulite!).Best used after a warm shower or exercise, when skin will be most receptive.PRODUCT MAY ARRIVE CHUNKY.HOW TO FIX:The only downside is that the product may arrive separated, and will look like an oil with tiny white grains in it. This is NATURAL, and happens when the product warms and cools during shipment. It's not a problem or a defect; the white granules are the Shea butter.-- Just warm up a pot of water (below 115°F)-- Remove from pot from heat source-- Rest bottle in water until all ingredients dissolve.Try not to over-heat the product; high a temperatures can destroy the essential oils.Great product. Removing a star because it is very oily, and can transfer to clothing.
