Custom birthstone charm necklaces-- handmade with care to represent your loved ones. I use the highest quality stones I have for this design, and each charm is handcrafted. These necklaces are made to last and are very durable. I wear my own every day, all day-- even while sleeping and showering. For this listing, you can choose any month's birthstone that has significance to you or someone else (think anniversary, children's birthstones, bride/groom birthstone, birthstone of passed loved ones, etc!). The stones are electroformed in copper to create unique, one-of-a-kind charms and then plated in the thickest possible layer of gold, rose gold, or rhodium. Keep in mind, that all sets of charms will have slight variations in the stone size, setting, and color. If you have a preference for certain stones shapes, or sizes, please let me know! The more information I have about the design you have in mind, the better I can meet your expectations. These are by far my favorite pieces to make and I love working with customers to design a necklace they will cherish. There are three different styles of necklace to choose from: rhodium (silver), 18k yellow gold, and 16k rose gold. All of the charms are plated as thick as possible, and therefore will not rub off until many years or at all. All necklaces are made using a soldered chain to avoid breakage and we only use gold filled or solid sterling silver chain.
