My daughter normally wears medium I I had to size down for herThese are not shaped correctly, it gave me a pouch where you don’t want a pouch to be.. they were too big around my legs and just wasn’t very flattering. The cuts where adorable and placed in good areas but the sit was so bad.Very small. Too little. No stretch.Loved how these fit!!However size down 1 If you want them a little more fitted.I'm usually a size 8 for bottoms the hip portion fit perfectly, however, the waist was big hence the belt.The button on these shorts were a little wobbly but were ok and lasted all day. I really liked them.These YILANUOYI high waisted shorts arrived quickly and look as they’re Shown in the product images - however I don’t feel the sizing chart is 100% accurate. I weight about 145-150 (fluctuates) I am currently a size eight and would not say that the large fit great, especially when taking the need to sit into consideration. They get tighter at the top which makes it tight and uncomfortable. Really would love if they had an extra large option so I could still enjoy them.My daughter is 5’4”, 130 lbs and usually wears a 4/6 or a small in most things. I got the size Large and they are just a tad too big. I think after being washed they should fit her perfectly. The color is great, the cut is great, and the tips are very cute! I think if you size up a size, you will love these!They are really pretty but the medium is kinda big on me but otherwise they are really nice.My teen daughter weighs 115 lbs and she’s almost 5’6” tall. She wears shorts in size small or 4. I ordered these shorts in color 21148 size small for her and they are a perfect fit. The fabric content is 85% cotton 15% polyester. The shorts look exactly as they do in the pictures in the listing. There’s a lot of distressing and rips on the front. Underneath most of those rips there are white interior pockets that show through the rips where the shorts are being worn. On the back the rips are only on the back pockets. As you can see on my picture there was some uneven fringe distressing done on the back of the legs openings. My daughter trimmed the too long strings with scissors after taking the picture.The shorts are more skin revealing on the front but they have a full coverage on the back. They are high waisted. The stitching is ok overall but there was one spot in the front with missing stitch, and a few others will loose threads. I’m taking a star off for those sewing imperfections but my daughter really likes the fit and the look of these denim shorts and she wears them often.
