I have lymphedema in my knee and thigh. I got this and trimmed to match my height (making it unreturnable) then fit it to my leg. It’s very difficult and fiddly to get it positioned correctly and fit with the exact stretch needed for the compression I need. It took a long time to get on. It was more difficult than full compression leggings - probably about 30 minutes. So I got everything positioned “just so” and walked to the kitchen. Already it fell. The bulges in the first picture are where it started sliding down. I did some chores for 15 minutes and now it’s all bunched up (second picture). The fabric is a neoprene “scuba” type fabric, but it’s low quality and very floppy and soft. These are just as unusable and disappointing as the $1600 custom made to measure tights I bought from the same company (Medi) that also fall down. At least these were “only” $175. I do not recommend this product or compression tights from this company.I have compression that does not fall down, so it’s not that I just can’t wear compression. I was hoping for a little extra support on my worse leg on days when my swelling was worse or just to wear on its own when it’s hot and I didn’t want to be in compression to my armpits. Lymphedema is difficult enough without wasting money on low quality things that don’t work.
